In my one-on-one sessions with clients, I emphasize a vital yet simple technique: listening to your intuition. Many of us mistakenly believe that intuition is a superpower reserved for a select few or that it’s challenging to cultivate. The truth is far simpler.

The key to truly “hearing” your intuition—beyond the physical sound—is to slow down and “listen.” This involves clearing your mind in a way that feels good, setting an intention to connect with your higher self, and being open to insights. This process varies for everyone; you might gain clarity through dreams, a deep knowing, or other forms of woman’s intuition.
